Delivery Information

FREE DELIVERY FOR ALL ORDERS OVER $200 TO ANY AUSTRALIAN DESTINATION. Please indicate if you want a courier service (signature required on delivery) or registered post (signature required on receipt) 

Australian Orders:

COURIER SERVICE: All deliveries will be couried via Toll Priority. Unfortunately we are unable to courier to PO Boxes and the Northern Teritory. It may be easier to send to a work address to ensure the presence of a signature on delivery.  All Sydney metropolitan orders will be delivered the following working day after dispatch. All other Australian destinations may take an additional day or two. PLEASE ENSURE SOMEONE IS AVAILABLE AT ALL TIMES TO SIGN FOR THIS DELIVERY, AS ANY RE-DELIVERY COSTS WILL BE TO YOUR EXPENSE!

EXPRESS PLATINUM REGISTERED POST: All deliveries will be posted via Express Platinum Post. Available to any Australian address including PO Boxes. A signature will be required on receipt of this delivery. If not home then you will have to collect the shipment from your local Post Office. Delivery will take 1 - 5 working days; depending on your location. Check the Australia Post website to see if your postcode is in their Express Platinum Post network.

EXPRESS POST: Available to any Australian address including PO Boxes. Delivery  will take 1- 3 working days; depending on your location. Check the Australia Post website to see if your postcode is in their Express Post network. Please note if you choose this option, you are accepting liability for non delivery for whatever reason. Non registered post can not be traced.

REGULAR POST: Available to any Australian address including PO Boxes. Delivery will take 3- 7 working days; depending on your location. Please note if you choose this option, you are accepting liability for non delivery for whatever reason. Non registered post can not be traced.

If your order is under $200 then the delivery charges within AUSTRALIA are as follows:-

New Zealand Orders:

All deliveries will be sent registered airmail via Australia Post. All New Zealand orders will be received 3 to 5 working days after dispatch.

All Other International Orders:

Chez Shaz Jewellers can only ship to certain countries. For information on all Other International deliveries contact us at jeweller@chezshaz.com.au prior to purchasing. We will advise you if we are able to ship to your country and all the relevant shipping costs; which you will have to add to your purchase total. All International deliveries can not be expedited and may incur additional charges. All duties and taxes are the responsibility of our International customers on receipt into their country. We do not have your countries rates available and recommend you contact your appropriate government authorities.
