TO RETURN OR EXCHANGE AN ITEM YOU MUST FIRST ADVISE CHEZ SHAZ JEWELLERS VIA EMAIL PLEASE INCLUDE ALL YOUR CONTACT DETAILS. ALL RETURNS OR EXCHANGES SHOULD BE SENT BY REGISTERED MAIL OR COURIER TO MINIMISE THE RISK OF LOSS OR THEFT. ALSO PLEASE PACK GOODS APPROPRIATELY. GOODS PACKAGED WITHOUT DUE CARE MAY RENDER THE RETURN AGREEMENT NULL AND VOID. ALL RETURN AND RE-DELIVERY COSTS ARE AT YOUR EXPENSE; UNLESS THE ITEM IS FOUND TO BE FAULTY. 

14 Day Money Back Guarantee

We guarantee to stand behind our jewellery 100%. We will offer a 14 day money back guarantee for all on-line purchases from the date the jewellery is shipped. Just return the jewellery in its original condition and packaging, with a copy of the receipt and a copy of your original email alert to Chez Shaz Jewellers. Your email alert must contain a brief note explaining why your decision to return the item to us. Refunds will have deducted any initial shipping costs; unless the item is found to be faulty. All return postage costs are at your expense; unless the item is found to be faulty. All in-store purchases are on a 7-day with a receipt exchange policy only; no refunds. Please note that this is not applicable to customised orders; see below.

6 Month Replacement Guarantee On Any Lost Cubic Zirconia

We also guarantee, in the unlikely event, to replace any cubic zirconia that could unfortunately fall out of a piece of jewellery. We will offer a 6 month replacement guarantee for all on-line purchases from the date the jewellery is shipped. Just return the jewellery with a copy of the receipt and/or copy of the guarantee card and with a copy of your original email alert to Chez Shaz Jewellers. We will repair, clean and deliver the jewellery back to you FREE OF CHARGE. All return postage costs are at your expense; unless the item is found to be faulty.

Lifetime Guarantee Against Fading or Loss of Brilliance

We also offer a lifetime guarantee against our cubic zirconias fading or loosing their brilliance under normal wear. Simply return the jewellery with a copy of the receipt and/or copy of the guarantee card and with a copy of your original email alert to Chez Shaz Jewellers. We will replace the cubic zirconias only. We will repair, clean and deliver the jewellery back to you FREE OF CHARGE. Please note this guarantee is only applicable to the cubic zirconias. This also does not apply to chipped or fractured cubic zirconias.

Certificate of Authenticity and Limited Lifetime Warranty for Charles & Colvard created Moissanite.

We offer; through Charles & Colvard, a Certificate of Authenticity and Limited Lifetime Warranty for Charles & Colvard created Moissanite. Charles & Colvard certifies that all their jewels are an original Charles & Colvard product which has been manufactured in Charles & Colvard controlled facilities and has been produced by highly-skilled specialists using the latest technology. Moissanite jewels are released for sale only after having met stringent quality control specifications.
Charles & Colvard also offers consumers a limited lifetime warranty that Charles & Colvard created Moissanite will maintain their brilliance and fire for the lifetime of the owner. In the unlikely event that the optical properties of brilliance and fire alter in a Charles & Colvard created Moissanite, just return to Chez Shaz Jewellers the set Moissanite; along with the original Certificate of Authenticity and Limited Lifetime Warranty from Charles & Colvard created Moissanite and with a copy of your original email alert to Chez Shaz Jewellers. If the Moissanite is found to be defective it will be replaced with another Charles & Colvard created Moissanite. This warranty does not include loss, theft, disappearance, or loss of the optical properties of brilliance and fire due to incidental or intentional damage such as scrapping, breakage or chipping.

2 YEAR INTERNATIONAL WARRANTY ON ALL FREELOOK WATCHES

Your Freelook watch is warranted for a period of 2 years against any lack of conformity. It will be repaired on the presentation of the issued Freelook warranty certificate and with a copy of your original email alert to Chez Shaz Jewellers. The warranty does not cover the battery, the lens or the band of your new watch.

Rings

All 9ct and 18ct gold rings purchased from Chez Shaz Jewellers are sized free of charge in our stated ring size range. For women J to P. For men P to V. An additional charge will be applicable for any sizing done out of this range. All sterling silver rings are ordered to your nominated finger size. Chez Shaz Jewellers will resize or exchange for the correct ring size, but there will be additional sizing charges and re-delivery costs. Please send us email prior to returning the ring so you can immediately be advised of any applicable additional charges.

• Any replicated, customised or individual designed jewellery pieces made to order.
• Any request for semi-precious stones, synthetic stones or coloured cubic zirconias to be set into one of our pieces of jewellery.
• Any diamonds that are supplied for your requirements of carat, colour, clarity and cut.
• All rings sized above or below the stated ring size range.
• All bracelets, necklaces and chains that require shortening.
